Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will

  • Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with Jaipur Rugs and Jaipur Living

You will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and engaging manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are attractively displayed and the store is impeccably clean.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and new arrivals.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and store operation.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end fashion sector.
