KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To engage with and provide exceptional customer service to our loyal customers
• Work as a team promoting the RB Sellars brand
• The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
• Assist with up keep and merchandise the layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage our customer
• A positive, happy disposition, sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
• A desire to learn all facets of fashion retail (Some experience in retail preferred)

This festive season, we’re hiring across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge and valet services. Help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.

Your Opportunity

As a Services Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating effortless and memorable moments for our customers across our Concierge and Car Park services, leaving customers with a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

Some of your festive duties as a Services Team Member will include:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
• Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
• Managing traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periods
• Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

So, what sets our team members apart?

You will:

• Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
• Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
• Hold a provisional or full driver’s licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
• Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)

This is a seasonal casual role , offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026 , with shifts based on business needs.

About the Role

Are you an experienced retailer looking for a unique opportunity to make a real impact? Join ALPA (Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation) as a Travelling Supermarket Manager, supporting the operation of community supermarkets across remote locations in the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland. This mobile role has no fixed base, you’ll travel between communities to provide relief management where needed. Just bring your luggage, we’ll take care of the rest!

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of ALPA supermarkets in remote communities
• Train and mentor local team members
• Implement ALPA’s nutrition policy and promote healthy food choices
• Collaborate with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with retail systems (POS, stock control, staff management)
• Strong interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and languages
• Ability to adapt to remote challenges (limited resources, supply chain issues, cultural sensitivities)
