- **Job Purpose
- Engagement and outreach strategy through industry-led events.
- Develop strategic planning, event and engagement plans with defined objectives, milestones, and targets and ensure their successful execution, to maximize industry engagement.
- **Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas**
Role Details
- Strategic Planning: Study and assess market opportunity, trends and recommend business growth areas and drive long range planning with business teams and market intelligence organizations
- Critical Strategic Reports on Quarterly performance, competition benchmarks, industry studies, Internal Quarterly reporting for VP marketing / Ent CMO/CEBO/CEO
- Quarterly Business Reporting of VIBS results, VIBS initiatives, CEBO and CEO statements for ViBS, Board Results and Earnings call data support
- Analyst Relationships and Insights: Effective liaising with analyst firms to gain market and customer insights and in turn engage with analysts to establish credibility and reputation via reports, programs and awards
- Strategic Engagement with External and Industry bodies : create strategic engagements and event models including but not restricted to shows, events, CAB, conclaves, segment specific campaigns like MSME, Start-ups and IP’s or engagement properties
- Marketing SPOC for Segment Initiatives on branded engagement with partners ( Thought leadership >> MSME RFN)
- Collaborate with GM Strategic Events and Engagement Head to create
- Event Strategy, Calendar, Approach, Design and execution
- Analyst relationships
- Awards
- Create Branded Engagement Models
- Vi Business Capability Material
- Business Teams Capability Presentations: Governance and Curation on Our Business Pitch decks at ECLT Level for Strategic Events and our PITCH Deck for Segments ( 3 different)
- Lead Generation via Physical and Branded Engagements
- Lead Gen delivery models
- Account based Workshops, ViDays, partnered, Own, Solutions-Launch, Round Tables, Symposiums, Conclaves
- Thought Partners/Analyst : D&B, Frost, Digital Mosaic, Tech Circle & Others
- Industry/media like CIO Klub, ET, FT & Others
- Build on MLs,SLs
- **Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications**
Core competencies, knowledge and experience (max 5):
- 7+ years of experience in market planning, strategy and business analytics
- Understanding of marketing events and lead generation campaign
- Sharp analytical mind, problem solving and logical reasoning capabilities
- Understanding of how to turn business questions into an appropriately structured and resourced research plan
- Effective communication skills and strong can do attitude to persuade internal teams and partners
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Graduation in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics
- MBA in Marketing from reputed business school
