As a Data Entry Lead (IC-6) , you will own the data entry practice at ANCKR . You are responsible for ensuring that all data entry work — whether for client systems, internal tools, or specialized platforms — is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and repeatable process discipline .
This is a practice-level role : you will design and document data entry workflows , set quality standards , train IC-1 through IC-5 team members, and oversee the execution of both generic data entry (spreadsheets, CRMs, CMS) and specialized workflows (ERP records, content migrations, SaaS platform configurations).
You will be the final authority for data entry processes at ANCKR, ensuring that projects scale without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
- Own ANCKR’s data entry standards and playbooks for both generic and specialized workflows
- Analyze new processes and translate them into step-by-step repeatable workflows for IC-1 to IC-5 team members
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity across all entry work (auditing, spot-checks, error resolution)
- Lead process documentation (SOPs, checklists, training guides) for each new client/system workflow
- Oversee and mentor IC-1 through IC-5 data entry team members, ensuring skill growth and consistency
- Implement QA frameworks to catch errors before client delivery
- Track team productivity and create dashboards for throughput, error rate, and rework
