Job Title: Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management (RMC) Consultant
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: India Offshore
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management (RMC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Security, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS Security, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.
- Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.
- Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.
- Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.
- Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.

Reports to: Designated Person Ashore – Company Security Officer
Responsibilities and duties
You shall:
- Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
- Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
- Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
- Assist in QHSSE responsibilities for his assigned vessels;
- Perform on duty tasks when assigned;
- Ensure:
- The implementation of the Integrated Management System and the Ship Security Plan;
- Good communication between ashore departments and the vessels;
- In conjunction with concerned Departments and vessels: his assigned vessels are properly manned, maintained, equipped and in a seaworthy condition.
- Responsible for:
- Management and follow-up of ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO, and flag audits;
- QSSE audit or inquiry onboard assigned and designated vessel;
- Monitoring of corrective and preventive actions;
- Accident investigation.
- Perform trainings of shore department and ship staff;
- Participate in the regulations monitoring;
- Be the contact point of the flag administrations and support Fleet department with the classification societies (RO);
- Participate in the Emergency Response Team when concerned;
- Be available to travel worldwide.
For Le Havre and Hamburg position: You shall be available to come in Head Office at least once per quarter and when required. You can be designated as Deputy DPA-CSO with following duties:
- Follow the duties of the DPA/CSO during his absence if required;
- Monitor and follow of ISM, ISPS,MLC, ISO, and flag audits & certifications for all vessels;
- Remain the contact point with Flag administration or RO in case of casualty;
- Organize Company internal audit if required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Officer licenses preferred;
- Training in:
- ISM and ISO Internal auditor;
- CSO;
- Accident investigation.
- Fluent in English;
- QHSSE management knowledge
Experience
Previous officer experience or in shipping industry.
Personal attributes
- Effective verbal, writtenand presentation skills;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment;
- Team spirit;
- Physical ability to perform audit onboard;
- No restriction to travel abroad.
