We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Aracot Construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electronics, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, warranty, and pricing clearly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth order processing.
- Stay updated on latest electronics trends and product knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & basic English)
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Confidence in customer interaction
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills (for billing, stock checking, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
- Prior experience in electronics showroom or retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in electronics may apply

- Candidate should be responsible for driving sales by developing communications with the validated customers who have applied on Wishfin.com.
- Candidate should be comfortable with sales profile with Finance/Marketing background.
- Should provide the product knowledge to customers and resolving their queries over calls and emails.
- Should become link in between networked financial institutions and customers and help customers in getting their queries resolved on time by them.
