Job Description

Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. price, product information, company information)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products
- Conduct price comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Manage the display and keep it attractive to customers
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage customer feedback
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to your supervisor
- Coordinate any inward deliveries and sales
- Ensure all supporting materials are in supply for sales
- Ensure all equipment required for sales is available
- Maintain stock and sales reports

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
