- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead follow-up to conversion .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web development.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a big plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
- Fluent in English, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi ( regional languages like Tulu, Konkani and beary)
