Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, youll play a key role in acquiring new clients through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and consultative selling. A background in digital marketing or a strong understanding of digital services will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively cold call potential clients and pitch Stakques digital marketing services.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into long-term customers .
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the internal digital team to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and lead follow-up to conversion .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web development.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
  • Fluent in English, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi ( regional languages like Tulu, Konkani and beary)

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
