- Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed.
Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.
- Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within the US staffing industry.
- Deep understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem, labor laws, and client expectations.
- Existing network of direct clients or prospects in IT, Engineering, life sciences, or similar verticals (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
