We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our expansion in the US staffing market . Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the US staffing and recruitment space.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and business value.

  • Create compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models aligned with client expectations.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams

  • Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure alignment on client expectations.
  • Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed.


Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.
  • Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning.


Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within the US staffing industry.
  • Deep understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem, labor laws, and client expectations.
  • Existing network of direct clients or prospects in IT, Engineering, life sciences, or similar verticals (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Differentiate Ababil product offerings by conveying compelling value propositions, leading

makers in conjunction with Account Executives & Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision

Identify potential key accounts, establish rapport and visit decision makers to generate new

Create business and territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to

opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets

Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool

Provide training to all account team members on strategy and product offerings
