About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager (Electrical Substation Construction) to take charge of our ongoing and upcoming substation and transmission line projects. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and proven experience in executing large-scale power infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical substation and transmission line construction projects
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure on-time completion within defined budget and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and site staff.
  • Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and consultants for timely availability of materials and services.
  • Maintain close interaction with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, inspections, and reporting.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory norms at the project site.
  • Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Manage risks, resolve site-level issues, and take corrective measures to ensure project continuity.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of electrical substation construction, transmission line works, and related standards .
