Role Description
A personal loan sales executive at Bajaj Finance in Hyderabad is responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers and managing the end-to-end personal loan process. The role is a field-based position focused on generating new business.
Key Responsibilities.

- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and acquire new customers for personal loans, primarily through direct sales activities, field visits, and converting leads provided by the company.
- * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth loan application process and provide excellent after-sales service.
- * Documentation & Processing: Guide customers through the loan application process, collect all necessary documents, and ensure accurate and timely submission to meet company compliance and regulatory norms.
- * Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for loan disbursements, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- * Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and personal loan policies to effectively pitch products and provide feedback to management.
The compensation for this role is designed to reward performance.
- Basic Salary: ₹17,500 per month.
- Incentives: Earn additional income based on business achievements and performance.
- Contests: Participate in daily and monthly contests to earn extra income and recognition.
- Education: Inter and graduate degree in any discipline is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in financial products like personal loans, is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills are essential. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment are also crucial.
- Other: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are often required for field sales roles.
