Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via website, social media, email, and calls.

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitor performance of B2C sales channels and report key metrics.
  • Collaborate on digital campaigns, flash sales, and promotions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C or ecommerce sales (automotive/motorcycle segment preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Passion for motorcycling and understanding of motorcycle accessories is a strong plus.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team.
