Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries via website, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Pitch Epic Stories' services and explain our offerings confidently.
- Follow up proactively and
convert leads into confirmed bookings
. - Maintain and update client/lead tracking sheets on
Excel/Google Sheets
. - Build trust and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and delivery.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
- Some exposure to the
wedding or luxury events industry
preferred
. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken & written).
- A persuasive, sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
