We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Jalna office who will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals, and driving sales of solar rooftops and other energy solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about renewable energy.
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet prospective clients (residential, commercial, industrial) and present Prabhatkiran’s solutions.
- Conduct site surveys (with technical team support wherever required) to assess feasibility and requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements, provide suitable solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for seamless project execution.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Probation period: 2 Months.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Solar / Renewable sector preferred, freshers with strong drive may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi , Hindi , and English .
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Possesses own vehicle, smartphone and Laptop (optional).
