- Secure meetings with high-level decision-makers and influencers.

- Work closely with the VP of Sales on presentations and pitches.
- Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building, and driving revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients
- Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at industry conferences and client meetings throughout Pune, Maharastra
**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- At least one to three years of sales experience
- Digital Marketing Experience preferred
- Strategic leadership ability

**How would we describe the job?**
As part of the revenue team, you will directly contribute towards the scale-up journey of the company. You will design and handle the core work streams in the sales team, along with working on strategic initiatives that will multiply the pace of growth.
As part of your day, you will coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems. You shall have significant autonomy and freedom of ideation & execution for your scope.

**What will you do?**
The 3 core parts of this role are: Analytics, Strategy & Operations
Let’s break down each of these- Analytics
- You will lead analytics efforts for the sales team-
You will evaluate lead sources and lead quality-
You will establish and monitor key sales metrics-
You will evaluate sales team’s performance-
- Operations
- You will co-lead operations for the sales team-
You will help score, allocate and prioritise leads, ensure follow-ups and closure-
You will ensure that the training and development requirements of the academic consultants are met-
- Strategy You will be a thought partner to the revenue lead- You will ideate and help in the execution of new initiatives that bolster revenue-
- You will work closely with growth and product teams to design processes, spot inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest ways to plug them- Now, let’s discuss the traits that we appreciate_
**What are we looking for?**- You have ~3 years (or more) of experience in a similar role-
- You are interested in tech-startups and are excited about a high growth environment-
