**The team you will be a part of**
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the complete Ghaziabad Branch and responsible for formulating and executing the Business plan in Home Appliances. You will lead a Team ASMs and Retail Executives to deliver the set objectives across all key channels.

+ Proactively identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of primary & secondary targets
+ Identifying & targeting new business opportunities and continuously expanding the existing clientele base through sales promotional activities
+ Optimizing channel functions & flows, direct & indirect channel partner's counter-wise targets, all-monthly channel partner's incentives & payouts; ensuring optimum inventory levels with dealers to meet market requirements
+ Developing / sustaining the existing network & effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of products
+ Devising target incentive and promotional schemes to generate / maximise and achieve yearly volumes with a motivated sales force
**Minimum requirements**
+ Minimum 8 years experience in similar roles
+ Education: MBA/PGDM

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
Responsible for key growth initiatives including Go to Market, Key Account Management, Channel Management, Price Lift, Discount Control and Volume Mix. Deliver results for OTT HydroMet India through booking sales, pricing and payment collection for the territory .

+ Responsible for identifying / hunting /mining customers for our solar business through product and application presentations.
+ Use all channels and tools of communication for penetration of new products - digital, differential value proposition, physical meetings, seminars & conferences.

+ Responsible for consolidating the full technical offers for Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
