The DSE orchestrates involvement of multiple people in our Sales process, so that new customer revenue is consistently secured for our district office and Expeditors network. Key Deliverables
These are the minimum results expected from a successful District Sales Executive:

- Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include participating on sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Assists with managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.
**Managing Sales Activities**
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.

Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned region and the focus is on technical/product-based customer requirements and is required to work closely with GM Sales, the Product Specialists, Marketing Manager & Product Manager & Service team. **Responsibilities**
+ Achieve Regional AOP Plan in terms of Sales & Profit strictly adhering to the principles and guidelines of the company
+ Co-ordinate various sales programs to grow the installed base through customer loyalty and relationships ensuring the highest efficiency levels
+ Regularly visit the customers and ensuring high level of support for their continued business
+ Provide comprehensive feedback on competition and their activities helping the marketing team to develop counter strategies.
+ Ensure that the receivables are closely under control in coordination with Receivables team, with respect to DSOs and ensuring that there are no overdue accounts.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
+ Minimum Experience of 10 - 15 years in selling Analyzers like OES, XRF, XRD and CBA
+ Preferably in the Sectors like Steel & Power, Foundry, Cement power, Research & Academia, Refineries, Govt. Institutes etc.
+ Well-developed skills in sales, planning, negotiation, Govt tendering process are important
+ Digital literacy (Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point, Word)
+ Working knowledge of SAP and Sales Force Tools is an added advantage
+ Strong standout colleague and interpersonal skills
+ Articulate spoken and written English required
