Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, practices, and values.
- Help teams identify and remove impediments to progress.
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the teams.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Track team progress and performance using Agile metrics and reporting tools.
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by guiding teams in retrospectives and implementing actionable insights.
- Assist in managing dependencies between teams and coordinating across multiple Agile teams.
- Contribute to the overall Agile transformation efforts within the organization.
- Shield the team from external interference and distractions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards.
- Identify training needs for team members and support their professional development.
- Champion an environment of trust, transparency, and psychological safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, with a significant portion focused on senior-level responsibilities.
- Proven experience coaching multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing distributed and remote teams.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus.

Responsibilities :
Create, curate, and edit captivating and informative content across multiple platforms, catering to diverse audiences and mediums, including blogs, articles, social media, and newsletters.
Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information, ensuring the quality of the content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of published content, using analytics tools to optimize and enhance future content strategies.
Some task examples include content writing for blogs, overseeing Moodle management, contributing to website development, collaborating closely with others to ensure a comprehensive Wiki entry for AIPMO, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of AIPMO content.
Requirements Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and processes is must .
