Clear understanding of Agile/Scrum theory and practice
Technical knowledge on Oracle Finance Systems will be a plus
Experience with Azure DevOps project management tools and implementation of best practices in Agile tools and workflows
Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and proven effectiveness in driving team performance
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Confidence in leadership to educate and instill Agile practices
