The Analyst will support Oteemo’s growth objectives by executing daily Business Development tasks, ensuring pipeline health, and providing analysis to strengthen capture execution.
Must-Have (Core Requirements)
- Executive communication skills – able to engage, present, and follow up with senior leaders.
- Sales research and outreach ability – demonstrated experience identifying, contacting, and tracking potential partners or customers.
- Data processing and analysis – strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, dashboards) and comfort cleaning/structuring data.
- Presentation creation – experience building executive-facing decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that clearly convey insights and recommendations.
- Pipeline documentation and tracking – disciplined in logging outreach, maintaining contact plans, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
