1. Allocation & revocation of O365 package licenses
2. Disaster Recovery ( eg. If BCM SQL DB is down)
3. Ownership for coordination with Microsoft for Support tickets (Weekly once call with MS)
4. Server & Services (PAD service) monitoring - via Power Shell automated scripts
5. Coordinate with respective teams for Infra issues (SharePoint, One drive, VDI, Space issues)

The ideal candidate will have expertise in BigCommerce Architecture Node JS and Java along with domain experience in Bill Inquiry Handling. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.
**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
