The candidate must be hard working and willing to take responsibilities. Key job activities include 3D visualizing, detailing of concepts, preparation of detailed construction drawings and interfacing with Clients. We are a looking for a team player with a long term commitment. We do not have have a fixed mindset on salary package and are looking for the right candidates who are committed to learning and delivering the responsibilities.

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect who will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the process from concept development to construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from conceptualisation to construction documentation.
• Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
