+ Primary Shift - Day Shift but candidate should be **willing to work in all shifts on a rotational basis** including night shifts i.e 2-3 weeks in a quarter (5 AM to 2 PM, 12 PM to 9 PM and 8 PM to 5 AM)
+ Experience in the application of basic concepts like valuation, financial statements, GAAP/Recurring income, ratio analysis.
+ Should enjoy breaking down and interpreting financial models of a company to understand the basic building blocks of a company's business model.
+ Demonstrated experience in creating consensus models would be a plus

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
- Assisting with data capture, organization, storage and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
- Upkeeping construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage and analysis
- Managing large amounts of data in Excel
- Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
- Contributing to the process for collection, capture and utilization of historic data
- Performing other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience
- Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
