What you will do

Will be responsible for Sales and Business Development activities in the region covering for Commercial Vertical. Commercial Vertical will cover Hotels, Malls, IT parks, Commercial Buildings, Software companies, Fitout projects in the region. Shall promote Building Management Systems, Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Public Address Systems to End-users, Consultants, EPC contractors and Developers in the region.

How you will do it:

• Shall be responsible for Sales growth in the region and shall meet his annual targets set by the organization.
• Shall carry out Business Development & Sales Activities in the region.
• Shall meet customers and promote the IBMS offerings by JCI.
• Shall carry out technical presentations to the client based on customer requirements and convey the key features and differentiators between competitor solutions v/s JCI offerings.
• Should be able to carry out preliminary site surveys and make Bill of Quantities for the identified project.
• Shall have a sound understanding of HVAC and BMS products and solutions.
• Shall work closely with end-users and consultants in the region.
• Shall be an individual contributor reporting into the Commercial Vertical Leader.

• Shall have an Engineering degree preferably.
• 08 to 12 years of Solutions / Project Sales experience in the field of IBMS and/or Electronic Security Systems / Fire Detection & Suppression Industry.

- Reports to the Project Controls Manager (PCM)/Project Manager (PM) or Project Director (PD).
- Create and update schedule in MS Project and/or P6 based on the scheduling tool used on the project.
- Support PCM/PD in bids and proposals on budget preparation, schedule preparation or any other task assigned.
- Perform data integrity checks and auditing to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting.
- Perform analysis to illustrate project trends over the project lifecycle to determine areas that require improvement and that are doing well.
- Include, assess, and report on impacts of changes to baseline plan and new forecasted dates within the scheduling tool.
- Review impacts on schedule delivery milestones and produce recovery plans to minimise schedule slippages.
- Timely identification, notification, resolution, and recording of deviations from the current plan.
- Re-baseline schedules as the need arises.
- Maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from original estimates within the project schedules and include resource budgets in P6 where required.
- Attend meetings, prepare and distribute agenda items, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Collaboration with the project team, construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather and input progress data.
- Create and submit weekly/monthly reports as required, highlighting variances to the current baselines schedule.
- Record project scope modifications and contribute to the generation of change order submissions. Ensure, approved change orders are included in the schedule.
- Support the PM team in monitoring and controlling the portfolio of projects across Canada.
- Create and maintain accurate reporting and tracking on various projects to ensure schedule accuracy is maintained.
- Manage the collection, organization of various project schedules.
- Manage project baseline and current schedules.
- Review and understand all relevant project and contract material.
- Support with drafting and implementation of a Project Controls Plan and Procedures.
- Liaise with Client Project Control personnel and subcontract personnel where required.

+ Read and understand an RFP/RFQ and accurately prepare the proposal brief with data including deadlines, evaluation criteria, maximum page length, font size, restrictions on appendices, etc.
+ Gather proposal information for the draft proposal text outline including Corporate Overview, Supplier and Employee Diversity, Health and Safety Overview, and Quality Overview. Gather team member experience and qualifications as well as reference project details to be included in text or presented on tables.
+ On all proposals, schedule/facilitate contributions of all parties and ensure RFP compliance. + Prepare, maintain, and update complete various versions of company and project documentation including CVs and project sheets.

+ Diploma or Graduate degree in a related field of study, such as Marketing, Communications or Business.
+ 3-6 or more years of experience in proposal development and coordination or similar environment such as marketing communications or an administrative role. Proposal, marketing or administrative experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industries is considered an asset.
+ Strong English language spoken and writing skills - including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material, as well as an aptitude for understanding technical terminology.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Good experience in building data pipelines using ADF
+ Good experience with programming languages such as Python, PySpark
+ Solid proficiency in SQL and complex queries
+ Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new data technologies
+ Proven good skills in Azure Data Processing like Azure data Factory and Azure data Bricks
+ Proven good problem-solving skills
+ Proven good communication skills
+ Proven technical skills - Python, Azure Data Processing Tools
**Other Requirements:**
+ Collaborate with team, architects, and product stakeholders to understand the scope and design of a deliverable
+ Participate in product support activities as needed by the team
+ Understand product architecture, features being built and come up with product improvement ideas and POCs
+ Individual contributor for Data Engineering - Data pipelines, Data modelling and Data warehouse
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge or experience with Containerization - Docker, Kubernetes.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and execute detailed manual and automated test cases and test scripts to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements
+ Plan and execute functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing activities
+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation frameworks/tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar
+ Identify, document, and track defects clearly, thoroughly, and accurately using defect management tools
+ Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
+ Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and provide valuable QA insights
+ Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
+ Continuously improve test automation frameworks and testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Prepare comprehensive test summary reports, including clear communication of issues, risks, and overall product quality to stakeholders

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
+ 4+ years of professional experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing
+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
+ Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts
+ Hands-on experience with automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber etc.
+ Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
+ Proficient in defect management tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
+ Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
+ Proven solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
+ Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest-Assured etc.
+ Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools
+ Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. + 4+ years of experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB or Cosmos DB, or Cassandra
+ 3+ years of experience designing and building Microservices and User Interface
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud and container tools and technologies
+ Practical experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
