In this role, Analyst will be responsible for Pricing operations/ Research and Rebates. Ensure the timely and accurate set up of agreements on the systems, accurate rebate calculation and timely payout, response to queries, emails, ensure that there is internal and external stakeholder management, operational metrics are followed and reported. Ensuring compliance to customer agreements for on-invoice price, pricing overrides. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise. Responsibilities
• Load and maintain Supplier Agreements/ Rebates and perform research in ERP.
• Add/Change/Delete (ACD) Load Distribution Agreements

• Calculate Rebates manually using MS excel formulas
• Variance trend analysis and seek alignment with business on comments
• Work exception reports on a daily basis and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues.
• Proactively work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically the timeliness and completeness of information. Responsible for the escalation of compliance issues.

**1. Infrastructure Management & Maintenance**
+ Manage, maintain, and optimize the Elastic-based log management infrastructure to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
+ Perform routine maintenance such as cluster health checks, node management, and index lifecycle management.
+ Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of the Elastic Stack components.
**2. Customer Support & Onboarding**
+ Assist customers with onboarding new data sources and configuring ingestion pipelines.
+ Create and manage basic dashboards tailored to customer needs.
+ Provide technical support for log ingestion, dashboard visualization, and performance troubleshooting.
**3. Log Ingestion & Integration**
+ Design, configure, and maintain log ingestion pipelines using Logstash and Beats.
+ Ensure seamless integration of custom log formats and various data sources into the Elastic Stack.
+ Optimize ingestion pipelines for performance and reliability.
**4. Monitoring & Operations**
+ Monitor the health and performance of the Elastic Stack components (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats).
+ Proactively detect and resolve performance bottlenecks and failures.
+ Maintain platform security, including access control and data protection policies.
**5. Template & Index Management**
+ Develop and maintain index templates and mappings for efficient data structuring.
+ Implement strategies for index rollover and lifecycle management.
**6. Automation & Scripting**
+ Leverage automation tools (Terraform, Puppet, Shell) for deployment and configuration management.
+ Develop scripts for automation of log ingestion, system monitoring, and dashboard provisioning.
**7. Consulting & Best Practices**
+ Advise internal stakeholders on log analytics strategies, visualizations, and best practices.
+ Provide input for system improvement and log analysis frameworks using SIEM and machine learning.
**8. Operational Excellence**
+ Ensure Admin On Duty (AOD) coverage for uninterrupted service and SLA compliance.
+ Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to organization-wide rules and standards.
+ Provide RCA documentation for P1/P2 incidents and actively contribute to problem management.

Job Summary:

The Payroll Processing Manager will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, maintaining compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting overall HR operations related to employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and leave encashments.

• Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
