Role Overview:
As a Learning Consultant at Hero Vired , your Primary job will be to connect with new potential learners and help them understand the value of our upskilling certification programs. You will actively reach out to prospects, build strong relationships, and guide them through the enrollment process to achieve and exceed your sales targets.
You’ll interact with candidates through phone calls, video demos, trial classes, emails, and chats. Your goal is to have meaningful conversations that help them see how our programs can boost their careers.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process—from generating leads to closing the deal—while using CRM tools to stay organized and build a strong engagement-driven sales approach.
Requirements:
- Have 1–5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of dialer operations and CRM management, with hands-on experience using tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms
- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience selling upskill programs is a Plus.
- Experience in Ed tech Sales is a must .
- An undergraduate degree in any stream (Preferred: B.Tech, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Counseling & Coordination:
- Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective learners via phone, email, and chat.
- Interview and coordinate admissions formalities for new joiners.

Fee Collection & Vendor Coordination:

Sales Optimization & Reporting:
- Improve and maintain sales conversion rates.
- Generate referral sales and reactivate old/lost applications to meet batch targets.
- Maintain a revenue mindset, optimize sales strategies for existing product mix, and deliver on KPIs.
Requirements
Experience:
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with potential learners.
