**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand the new requirements
+ Managing and Implementation of Adobe Analytics / Glass box/ Google Analytics tags on website / Apps (Tools: DTM / Adobe Launch or any other Tag manager)
+ Building reports/dashboards and case studies on data captured in Adobe Analytics / Session Cam tools
+ Product/business/support monitoring and analyzing the performancesGenerate insights based on trends observed in the data, tie back to the business initiatives and update business owners
+ Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields and outcomes
+ Produce tactical analysis and implications/recommendations in line with business expectations
+ Managing team objective tied to KPI/KRA
+ Able to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions to continually optimize measure and improve outcomes
+ Recognizing and observing emerging trends, opportunities and threats from changes in Search, Social and the wider Analytics landscape
+ Develop and enhance automated reporting templates that communicate KPI, trends and deviations to stakeholders
+ Ensure data integrity and recognize / resolve data inconsistencies in reports, analysis and analytics toolsets
+ Designing solutions to enhance the user experience on Provider Apps

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Graduate degree or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years of experience in developing solution using Adobe Experience Cloud Products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target , Adobe Launch)
+ 3+ years of experience in building reports/dashboards using Adobe Analytics
+ 3+ years of experience Implementing Adobe Analytics / Session Cam / Glass Box/ Google Analytics tag on website (Tools: DTM / Adobe Launch or other Tag manager)
+ Experience in working with a marketing/Business intelligence environment
+ High level experience in data analysis techniques
+ Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ Proven exposure to data analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analysis Workspace , Tableau etc. )
+ Proven exposure to data analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analysis Workspace, Tableau, Python, Apache Hive, SQL, MongoDb etc.)
+ Proven effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations

- Managing large amounts of data in Excel
- Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
- Contributing to the process for collection, capture and utilization of historic data
- Performing other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience
- Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have experience in data analysis and data management.
- Must understand IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites.
- Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
- SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
- Attention to details.
- Experience managing and analysing large data sets will be beneficial
- Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
