+ Automation Development & Maintenance - Design, build, and maintain robust automated test suites using Python (pytest, Selenium, API testing) and UiPath (RPA workflows where applicable). Own automation for regression, smoke, and integration tests across Salesforce and the mobile app; keep suites reliable, fast, and easy to run.
+ Manual & Exploratory Testing - Execute manual test cases and exploratory testing where automation is not appropriate (UI/UX checks, complex edge cases). Validate Salesforce configurations (Flows, Apex triggers, metadata deployments) and mobile user flows on real devices and emulators.

+ Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing - Advocate for quality best practices, mentor peers on automation patterns, and evaluate new QA tools/techniques (mobile device farms, test observability, automated accessibility checks).
**Requirements:**
+ 3+ years in software QA with a strong emphasis on automation; experience split across web, Salesforce, and mobile testing preferred.
+ Hands-on with Python-based test frameworks (pytest, unittest), web UI automation (Selenium or similar), and API testing (requests, Postman).
+ Comfortable working with Salesforce metadata, testing deployments, and validating integration touchpoints.
+ Strong Python programming skills and test framework design.

- Perform application design and development for a key business PLM application(s).- Perform DevOps release management and incident managemt following ITIL framework.
- Analyze, design and develop new processes, programs, and configuration, taking into account the complex interrelationship of system-wide components.
- Provide system-wide support and maintenance for a complex system or business process. Maintain and modify existing processes, programs and configuration through use of current Information Technology toolsets.
- Complete life-cycle testing (unit and integration) of all work processes including cross platform interaction.

- Maintain, modify and support sub-system or 3rd party components (programs, processes, configuration); all the while working within a larger system scope.- Complete unit testing of all work processes.
- Troubleshoot and investigate. Develop solutions to problems involving causes that are not obvious. Respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors that do not have a known cause. Perform tasks necessary to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Write and maintain all documentation supporting primary area of responsibility.
- Apply knowledge of current technologies and methodologies with business subject matter to develop technical solutions. Confer with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the situation requiring intervention. Translate process into practice through the current Information Technology toolsets.
- Obtain advice from higher-level Information Technology associates when precedents are unclear.
- Expand use of current information technologies, techniques and processes as they apply to Goodyear. Increase breadth and depth of technical knowledge by expanding knowledge base.
- Regular work in CET time zone hours. Willingness to conduct changes outside of the business working hours.
**Required Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.- Seasoned application developer with minimum 3-5 years of experience developing with C#, VB.NET, batch scripting, SQL
- Experience with code repository such as SVN, GitHub, or equivalent.
- Experience with modern toolchains such as DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
- Experience with.NET Web Technologies.
- Experience with CAD/CAM or Dassault Systèmes' CATIA V5.
- Experience with Siemen NX & Siemens' Teamcenter is desired but not required.
- Experience with Java and Java Script desired but not required.
- Experience with desired PowerShell and VBA desired but not required.

- Develop and support Data Driven applications
- Help design and develop back-end services and APIs for data-driven applications and simulations.
- Work with our technical partners to collaborate on system requirements and data integration needs for our new applications.
- Support the deployment and scaling of new back-end technologies and cloud-native architectures within the organization.
- Work closely with our data scientists to support model deployment into production environments.
- Develop and maintain server-side components for digital tools and products using Python or other modern back-end technologies and frameworks. Build scalable, secure, and efficient services that support a seamless experience across multiple platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust database systems (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring high availability and performance for critical applications.
- Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Learn about the tire industry and tire manufacturing processes from subject matter experts.
- Be a part of cross-functional teams working together to deliver impactful results.
**Skills Required:**
- Significant experience in server-side development using Python
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and service-oriented design
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- Application of software design skills and methodologies (algorithms, data structures, design patterns, software architecture and testing)
