The Facilities Engineering Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and management of building systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal facility operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering operations and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, and building automation systems

Qualifications

1. Ownership and improvement of end-to-end Architecture of the platform

o Ensure fully integrated talent mining engine and chatbot features in the product over the year

1. Provide technical leadership to Data Science, UX, Frontend, Infrastructure, Analytics, and Customer Support teams

o Motivate the team to roll out at least 1 major innovation every month across each functional area
