Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the respective function (Production / Quality / Engineering / Foundry).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1525 years in Aluminium Extrusion / Rolling / Foundry / Engineering / relevant Metal industry with proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in operations, process control, maintenance, or quality depending on the domain.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading large teams, managing complex operations, and delivering business results.
  • Knowledge of modern manufacturing practices, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and ISO/IMS standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive transformation and change management in a competitive manufacturing environment.
