The Opportunity
The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for leading paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and emerging ad networks. This is a remote, part-time position , designed for high-performing marketers who want flexibility without compromising impact.
Ideal candidates will be analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with the digital advertising landscape—from performance KPIs to audience strategy to platform-specific best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and
- Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other performance metrics
- Analyze campaign data and prepare insights-driven reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and platform-native dashboards
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with audience insights and campaign goals
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiatives
- Stay ahead of platform updates, digital advertising trends, and emerging media tools
- Contribute to client strategy sessions and internal brainstorming
Who Should Apply
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and
- Deep understanding of ad targeting, media buying, optimization techniques, and performance analysis
- Strong grasp of ad creatives—from formats and specs to messaging strategy
