About the RoleAs a Billing Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing processes. You’ll handle demographic and charge entries, manage claim submissions, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve denials to keep our revenue cycle efficient and compliant.
This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in medical billing who’s ready to take ownership of end-to-end billing tasks and help optimize our revenue operations.
What You’ll DoAccurately input client demographic and insurance information into billing systems.
Perform charge entry by recording services rendered in accordance with established guidelines.
Prepare, process, and submit insurance claims promptly and accurately.
Manage no-show and late-cancellation charges per company policy.
Perform accounts receivable (AR) follow-up with insurance companies to track and ensure timely payments.
