Role Profile: Process Associate
We are looking for a Process Associate to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the success of the business by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision,in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
Reporting to the Manager, the Process Associate will have responsibility for the following key areas.
Role description and responsibility overview
- Bookkeeping - purchase ledger and sales ledger posting.
- Bank – posting and reconciliation, Month end close and reports of business unit as per set deadlines.
- Sales – invoice raising.
- Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments.
- Month end – posting month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals.
IT System Requirements
- Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
Candidate profile
- CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background. ·
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience ·
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Communicates clearly and concisely ·

Role description and responsibility overview
- Planning and execution of UK and Ireland Payrolls
- Managing weekly and monthly Payrolls for multiple clients with deep understanding of payroll compliance

- Should have knowledge of Statutory and non-statutory deductions such as Tax, NIC, Student Loan, attachment of earning and pensions.
- BACS processing for employee and HMRC payments and submissions of third-party remittance to various pension providers
- Calculating net over/under-payments from historic pay run and sending over required schedules to the client
