Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment efforts for critical technology roles. As a fully remote position, you will leverage digital tools and platforms to source, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various engineering disciplines. Your primary focus will be on building robust talent pipelines, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the tech talent market, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and other tech-focused positions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and candidate databases.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, initial phone interviews, and behavioral assessments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and informative experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing activity, candidate pipeline, and time-to-hire.
- Stay current with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help shape our client's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the HR team to refine recruitment processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technical roles.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring candidates for challenging technology positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of various recruitment technologies and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for talent acquisition.
