Job Description
You will be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from understanding client requirements and crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and managing the interview process. Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be crucial to your success.
This position requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, key industry trends, and effective talent sourcing strategies. You will leverage your expertise in candidate engagement and your ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. The hybrid model allows for focused in-office collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and organizational culture for technology roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various tech disciplines.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, including phone and video interviews, to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) effectively.
- Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence in the technology recruitment space.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or agency environment, with a focus on technology roles.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and common tech stacks.
- Proficiency in using ATS and various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong ethical compass and commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
