About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive to join our Training Team. This person will assist in creating engaging training content for teachers, coordinating with master trainers, scheduling sessions, and working with our academic teams to ensure smooth execution. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Education, Communication, or related field preferred).
• Some experience in content creation, training support, or programme coordination.

• Proficiency in:

• Canva or similar design tools.

• Video creation/editing tools (basic editing for YouTube).
• Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).

d. Audio recording & basic editing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate fluently and confidently.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Enjoys connecting with people, researching new ideas, taking initiative.
