As our ASO & SEO Manager , you’ll fully own how Lingopanda gets discovered—both in app stores and on the web. What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ years of hands-on App Store Optimization (ASO) experience (Play Store & App Store)
  • Proven track record of improving app rankings, visibility, installs, and conversion rates
  • Strong skills in keyword research, metadata optimization, creative testing (icons, screenshots, videos), and ratings/reviews management
  • Experience with ASO tools like AppTweak
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (on-page, content optimization, technical SEO)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics/SEMrush/Ahrefs
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across design, content, and marketing teams
  • Prior startup experience, especially in 0→1 growth journeys, strongly preferred


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:


  • Tracking and analyzing app performance on Play Store and App Store (rankings, downloads, ratings, conversion rates)
  • Conducting keyword research and regularly updating metadata for discoverability
  • Running A/B tests on creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) and descriptions to improve conversion rates
  • Monitoring user reviews/ratings and coordinating responses/strategies to boost reputation
  • Researching competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports on ASO performance and sharing actionable insights
  • Supporting SEO efforts: ensuring basic on-page optimizations, keyword integration, and content alignment for organic search
  • Coordinating with developers/designers to fix technical SEO issues when needed
  • Staying updated on ASO best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging tools


Compensation: ₹6–8 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore . Working hours are 10 AM – 6:30 PM IST , Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
