- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Design and drive an integrated TA strategy across functions and units in alignment with business and manpower plans.
- Lead hiring for Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Allied Health Staff, Support Services, Administrative, and Leadership roles.
- Ensure fast TAT, high-quality selection, and seamless onboarding process management.
- Self-Sourcing Methods & Strategies
- Build a direct sourcing engine to reduce dependency on external agencies and drive cost-efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
