We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. As a first-line manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of ownership, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex software projects.
- Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with software architecture and design patterns.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Computer Science or Information Technology or comparable experience
+ 6+ years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy
+ 3+ years of proven JavaScript and building user interfaces.
+ Hands on experience in building webservices, RESTful API, Spring etc.
+ Hands-on development experience with management and implementation of APIs and microservices
+ Experience with complex development patterns, particularly around extending/enhancing current portal capabilities
+ Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects and working closely with business and operations teams
+ Solid grasp of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principals
+ Knowledge or exposure to implementing BPM solutions using one of the top BPM products (preferably Camunda)
+ Solid understanding of Agile methodology
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Owners and Design leads to implement robust automation solutions
