What you will be responsible for

As State Street Markets Securities Lending - Assistant Vice President, you will

Position Responsibilities

  • Processes high volume of international loans, Recall returns, Equilend & Non-Equilend Broker Returns daily adhering to established procedures and controls; monitors and resolves pending and failing aged Returns. Contract Compare, Billing, etc

  • Interacts with traders, client management, fund group(s) and counterparts regarding discrepancies if any

  • Executes instructions to receive or deliver securities from counterparties.

  • Ensure that your team meets the agreed SLA, KPI and KRI and evidence of the same documented every day.

  • Reviews contract compare records, DDA’s to validate positions with each counterparty.

  • Assists business area with inquiries pertaining to transactional activity; coordinates response with traders, corporate actions staff and other internal teams.

  • Ensure timely resolution of counterparty issues including pricing problems, quantities of loans and borrows, etc. while keeping management informed of any potential issues.

  • Identifies and analyzes operations risks related to current and potential business and recommends procedural changes/improvements as needed

  • Demonstrates effective communication skills (written and verbal) – ensuring key stakeholders are regularly appraised on progress relative to milestones & escalates issues requiring attention appropriately

  • Ensure trades that fall out of the STP process are highlighted, tracked and remediated where appropriate

  • Understand end to end of the process (including new ones) and contributes to process improvement ideas highlighting any potential process risk to the managers

  • Demonstrates effective risk management skills – capture and communicate probability and impact to key stakeholders, ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are agreed.

  • Works collaboratively across SSGM Globally on key initiatives.

  • Should have 12 years of experience in knowledge services environment serving Capital Market in Stock lending domain, handling a team of over 20 people at a minimum.

    As State Street Markets Corporate Action, Assistant Vice President, you will

  • Reconciliation and distribution of dividends and cash corporate actions.

  • Analyses, researches and interprets corporate action terms and conditions according to established policies and procedures.

  • Inputs corporate action blocks, restrictions and trading comments on the Securities Finance system.

  • Communicates with internal and external parties to provide corporate action information and relevant deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an Associate - Asset and Liability Management at Natixis, your responsibilities will include:

    • Maintaining existing Power BI reports and creating new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources.
    • Participating in the preparation of quarterly ALCO meetings, coordinating with various APAC entities, including Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Risks, and business lines.
    • Steering the management of prudential regulatory liquidity ratios, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements.
    • Conducting ad-hoc data analysis on the balance sheet and synthesizing insights to support decision-making.
    • Updating local liquidity policies and procedures in alignment with Head Office directives.


    Required Skills

    To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports for liquidity monitoring.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
    • Knowledge of the CIB balance sheet and regulatory ratios to support informed decision-making.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx is a plus.
    • Self-motivated team player characteristics with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.


    Experience

    • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the banking or financial sector, specifically in Asset and Liability Management, financial analysis, or related fields.
    • Experience working with Power BI, MS Office, and conducting data analysis; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, DAX, and SQL is advantageous.
    • Proven ability to work with large datasets and various data sources to derive actionable insights.

This strategic approach emphasizes the entire lifecycle of IT services—from planning and design to deployment, operation, and continuous improvement. By prioritizing alignment with business objectives, ITSM ensures that IT services not only meet the technical requirements but also address the needs of end-users, enhancing overall user satisfaction and productivity.     Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update asset & software asset records in HAM & SAM tools and CMDB. • Monitor asset & software usage and license compliance across environments. • Assist all IT teams in OS and application patching utilizing Tanium. • Manage & Maintain Claroty IOT/OT asset discovery. • Maintain and install Claroty collectors working with IT field support. • Assist in software audits and reconciliation of entitlements vs. deployments. • Support procurement and contract teams with software entitlement validation. • Collaborate with IT, security, and finance teams to ensure alignment on software usage and cost allocation. • Identify opportunities for license optimization and cost savings. • Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance. • Participate in the development and refinement of SAM processes and documentation. • Provide support for escalations related to software licensing and asset tracking.
