**Execution of Data-Enabling Features in Product Teams**
+ Lead and oversee prioritization, execution and deployment of features in one of our Commercial Data Platforms Product teams aligned with standard operating procedures
+ Lead various stages of SDLC as a member of the Data Management Operations teams - including requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across the US Commercial Organization (including Incentive Compensation, Field Reporting, Forecasting, Secondary Analytics), design, testing and documentation in partnership with the Technology teams in a Product Team setting.
+ Partner with peer teams in the US and technology teams to review requests, design solutions, estimate effort and prioritize requests in assigned Product backlog

+ Manage the Big Data platform infrastructure (Built on AWS tech / Airflow for Data storage and orchestration and Databricks for processing) - including access to the platform, platform costs, ad hoc capabilities for users, data quality, etc.
+ Partner with the US teams and Technology teams to evaluate and implement tools and technologies to support the future state of the platform including Automated Anomaly detection, Automated document generation, Bots against data, Searchability of data assets, LLM models on data and documents and other Gen AI capabilities

Enterprise Platform Enablement is looking for a Software Engineer with a winning track record in implementing high performing Test Data Management solutions, integrate and meet various Data Masking demands from Application Teams. He/she will be responsible for implementing Test Data Management solution which involves architecture, design, build, test, and support our Distributed and Mainframe applications.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for:
· Contributing to implement Test Data Management solution.
· Conducting source Data analysis and data profiling.
· Build Data Masking and synthetic data generation specs.
· Build Connection to SQL server/Oracle DB, Delimited/ Excel Files, Mainframe
· Writing, debugging, and optimizing JCL (Job Control language) scripts for batch processing including (Procs, Parms, Control cards)
· Collaborating with cross functional team members as necessary and come up with optimal solutions that meet data masking demands.
Required Qualifications
· Hands on experience in building Test Data Management solutions for Distributed/ Mainframe applications
· Experienced in Test Data Management tools such as K2View, Topaz Workbench (File-AID/EX, File-AID Data Privacy) etc
· RDBMS experience in Teradata, Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres, DB2, RedShift, Snowflakes, etc
· Scripting language (shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java)
· Experience with AWS cloud native services such as S3, RD etc
· Worked with any of the scheduling tools (Autosys, Tidal, Oozie)
· SCM tool such as Bitbucket with Jira, StarTeam or SVN.
· Experience working with various operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, IBM Mainframe)
· CA-7 – Job scheduling and management tool for Mainframe environments
· Experience with Mainframe Utilities – Mainframe utilities for data management, such as IDCAMS and IEBGENER
· Endevor – Configuration and the promotion of code through different stages of the lifecycle
· Strong communicator and collaborator with attention to details.
· 7+ years of professional work experience as described above.

- Metrics Aggregation and Computation Layer: Design and develop a holistic metrics aggregation and computation layer across people analytics, enabling the optimization of standard report production, enhancement of dashboard performance, and driving self-service analytics. This involves creating a unified framework for metric calculation, data aggregation, and data visualization
- Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage subject matter expertise and business data process knowledge to design optimal data architecture that meets the needs of stakeholders. This requires a experience understanding of business operations, data flows, and data requirements
- Ontology and Artificial Intelligence-Consumable Data Architecture: Build ontology and AI-consumable data architecture and metadata, enabling the development of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This involves creating data structures, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks that support AI applications
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, database development, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on SQL.
- Extensive experience in data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from diverse data sources, including relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), cloud data warehouses (BigQuery)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for data automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for identifying patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in data.
- Excellent business understanding of how data impacts decision-making and business strategy.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery and Cloud SQL, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
