**Position Overview:**
Boeing India supply chain management team is currently looking for **Supply Chain Manager** to join their team in **New Delhi, India.** A successful candidate working directly with the Senior Manager, Supply Chain BDI/BGS (India).
A successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on Boeing defense Programs and will be working on Supply Chain deliverables for these mission critical programs. Candidate will understand the importance of collaboration, stakeholder management and time criticality for these critical Programs.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ End to end accountability for Supply Chain Performance of assigned area of responsibility
+ Build capabilities, lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver flawless execution
+ Accountable to program management for meeting customer performance metrics
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
+ Manage a diverse team including Asset Managers, Logistic service representatives, Supply Chain Specialists etc.
+ Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals and leads process improvements.
+ Establishes relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 12+ years of related work experience.
+ High proficiency working with Excel, Power point and MS office tools.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Should you possess knowledge of Aviation Supply Chain function , customers, regulatory agency, should be a team player with skills of stakeholder management and team management
+ Prior Knowledge /experience on working at MRO, working with airlines / Indian defense forces customer is desired.
**Typical Education & Experience:**
- Typically, 12- 16 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required."
**Relocation:**
This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
