What you will do:

- Troubleshoot user issues with computers, software, printers, and connectivity.
- Manage system updates, security patches, firewalls, and antivirus protections.
- Run regular backups and ensure reliable recovery processes.
- Handle user account and access management (active directory or similar).
- Setup and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals).

Key Skills:
- Proficiency with Windows environments.
