About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Banking & Financial Services workflows , hands-on knowledge of nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) , and strong Salesforce platform experience . You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, customization, and optimization of nCino solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders (Business, Product Owners, SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce & nCino solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury, and Workflow Automation.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
- Configure nCino features including Credit Memo, Collateral, Document Manager, Covenant Tracking, Approval Processes, and Workflow Automation .
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce and nCino implementations in banking/financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations .
- Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as: Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow/Approval processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases .
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology .
- Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- nCino 201 or 301 certifications .
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, KYC, AML, and Risk Management in banking.
- Experience in global banking digital transformation projects .
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA / MS) preferred but not required.
