**Duties & accountabilities**
The role of Principal DevOps Engineer is primarily focused on building functional systems that improve our customer experience. Responsibilities include:
+ Creating infrastructure and environments to support our platforms and applications using Terraform and related technologies to ensure all our environments are controlled and consistent.
+ Implementing DevOps technologies and processes, e.g: containerisation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, metrics, monitoring etc
+ Automating always
+ Supporting, monitoring, maintaining and improving our infrastructure and the live running of our applications
+ Maintaining the health of cloud accounts for security, cost and best practices
+ Providing assistance to other functional areas such as development, test and client services.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
+ Strong background of
+ At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Linux/Unix Administration in IaaS / PaaS / SaaS models
+ Deployment, maintenance and support of enterprise applications into AWS including (but not limited to) Route53, ELB, VPC, EC2, S3, ECS, SQS
+ Good understanding of Terraform and similar 'Infrastructure as Code' technologies
+ Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB/2, MongoDB, DynamoDB
+ Experience with automation/configuration management using toolsets such as Chef, Puppet or equivalent
+ Experience of enterprise systems deployed as micro-services through code pipelines utilizing containerization (Docker)
+ Working knowledge, understanding and ability to write scripts using languages including Bash, Python and an ability to understand Java, JavaScript and PHP

We seek a skilled and experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining our organization's endpoint devices. This includes deploying and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, implementing and monitoring risk and endpoint security tools, overseeing browser management, and enforcing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. The Endpoint Engineer will also leverage their knowledge of basic networking concepts to ensure seamless and secure endpoint operations.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Deploy, configure, and maintain **MDM solutions** such as **JAMF** (for macOS and iOS devices) and **Microsoft Intune** (for Windows and mobile devices).
+ Manage and administer endpoint patching and configuration management using tools like **Automox** .
+ Implement, manage, and monitor **risk management tools,** including **Code42** for data loss recovery and **Rapid7** for vulnerability management on endpoints.
+ Deploy, configure, and manage **endpoint security tools** such as **SentinelOne** or **Crowdstrike** , including threat hunting, incident response, and policy enforcement.
+ Develop and implement strategies for **browser management** , including extension control, security configurations, and enterprise browser solutions.
+ Define, implement, and manage **Data Loss Prevention (DLP)** policies and tools across endpoints to protect sensitive information.
+ Manage and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments and remote access platforms, ensuring reliable and secure access for remote users.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
+ Partner with the InfoSec team to align endpoint controls with organizational security and compliance requirements.
+ Collaborate with IT support to ensure seamless device onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management.
+ Support and troubleshoot endpoint-related networking issues, including VPN connectivity, DNS security, and firewall configurations.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures.
+ Stay current with emerging endpoint technologies, threats, and security best practices.
**What You Will Bring:**
+ 3+ years of experience in endpoint management and security roles.
+ Strong hands-on experience with MDM tools such as JAMF (macOS), Microsoft Intune (Windows), and Automox.
+ Practical experience with EDR tools such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or equivalent.
+ Familiarity with risk and data protection tools such as Code42 and Rapid7.

**About This Role** :
The Command Center team is a group of our Engineers that keep Comscore's Products and Infrastructure running by tracking and resolving issues, supporting systems, and responding to client queries. We're responsible for supporting the servers, cloud services, network, and storage devices across all of Comscore's data centers and cloud environments and responding to both internal and client queries 24/7.
The Command Center team is hiring a System Engineer - Command Center to provide 24x7 support. This role requires someone with strong technical and communications skills in order to be effective. This team will monitor and troubleshoot issues within the IT Infrastructure environment. These environments exist on-premise as well as in AWS and are a mixture of physical and virtual. This position will also be responsible for working with multiple teams globally to create support and escalation procedures based on the impact on the business.
**What You'll Do** :
+ Remote management and monitoring of 24 x 7 Command Center Operations
+ Incident Management for all company-wide Major Incidents.
+ Monitor the Data ingestion, Data Processing, and Delivery processes for all Comscore's products.
+ Provide L1 support for servers hosted on AWS and on-premises.
+ Managing Grafana and Prometheus across clouds.
+ Patch management for Windows and Linux servers, including SQL servers.
+ Ability to work with SOPs.

Comscore their Product Operations team is hiring a Systems Engineer to monitor and maintain the health of the processing environment, support by troubleshooting applications, and provide process certification on both Linux and Windows Environments.
This role requires monitoring applications that run in various environments through internal dashboards, responsibilities for identifying issues from the internal dashboards, performing first level triage of the issues, and escalating as necessary until the issue is resolved. Problem solving will consume a large portion of time in this role, as it requires assisting multiple teams with resolving issues daily.
Technical and analytical skills will be required for this role. Responsibilities will increase over time as experience is gained to continue supporting production processing and improving the efficiency of the processing environment and applications running in it.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Tier 1 Monitoring and Escalation support for internal systems and environments
+ Working with BigData processing environments (Hadoop, AWS, Greenplum, Windows) to monitor system health with respect to job processing volume
+ Execute custom requests and ad-hoc jobs in a timely manner and validate the results
+ Communicating and collaborating with teams around the globe in multiple countries
+ Automating manual steps, alerts, and optimizing existing processes for execution efficiency
