The System Engineer is a seasoned professional who understands challenges faced by organizations in implementing security technologies in hybrid environments. • Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain the Sectona products.
  
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.
  
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
  
• Serve as internal and external point of contact on customer issues and ensure they are resolved as expediently as possible.
  
• Be prompt and deliver high quality service and leadership to align with customer goals and requests.
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  
• Collect information and document bugs with Engineering for product issues that are impacting customers.
  
• Provide feedback to the training and documentation organization so that common or emerging issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread.
  
• Create process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base.
  
• Manage multiple concurrent deployment projects.

Skills and Experience you require.

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS)
  
• 4-6 years of System Engineering/ Professional Services management role.
  
• Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and IIS.
  
• Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWS Cloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred.
  
• Advanced troubleshooting & technical escalation management.
  
• Implement, Operate and provide L2 Support for PAM solutions.
  
• Demonstrate an understanding of risk management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management and role-based access.
  
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  
• Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)
  
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.

Job Purpose

• The job role involves the application development with DENSO Diesel Common Rail fuel injection equipment based on the requirements from customers.
• The role will also involve the testing and validation of components, and sign-off the application based on customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer requirements and agree the validation items based on DFMEA specific to the applications with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute test plans on engines and/or vehicles on-site to confirm the Diesel CRS product performance as per design.
• Interpret test data using analytical tools and prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation to provide clear analysis and summaries for decision making.
• Apply engineering standards, procedures, and methodologies to execute project activities.
• Support planning, including detailed timing plans, management reviews and customer meetings.
• Must take necessary counter measures by using a structured approach to identify root causes of problems and mechanisms behind them
• Responsible for achieving the project objectives and targets on time by keeping Quality
• Must have regular interaction with customer & internal to track the project based on the overall plan
