You will be a trusted advisor to CXOs, shaping enterprise-wide strategies and delivering measurable impact. The practice plays a pivotal role in implementing solutions, working with CXO’s and anchoring their overall business agenda.
To drive growth strategy and transformation, revenue enhancement, operating model design, and business planning.
Client management and engagement delivery
- Build and sustain CXO-level relationships across Automobile sector and diversified sectors.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on customer excellence, GTM/RTM strategy, and enterprise sales.
- Deliver high-impact solutions leveraging core consulting skills and functional expertise in sales & marketing.
Strategic Growth & Business development
- Identify and shape new opportunities aligned with client priorities.
- Drive proposal development, solutioning, and project delivery.
Practice Development
- Champion thought leadership in the auto sector.
- Mentor and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and financial performance.
Internal initiatives & compliance
- Ensure compliance with Firm's processes and policies such as Goal setting, performance development, L&D, timesheets, risk processes etc.
- Participate in and lead firm initiatives – L&D, recruitment, and thought leaderships.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of consulting experience, or top-tier strategy firms.
- Proven track record in leading transformation programs in Automobile Sector.
- Deep expertise in market entry and growth strategy, GTM/RTM strategy, and sales/ market share enhancement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute preferred; Engineering background preferred.
