About the Role

We are seeking dynamic Project Managers to lead execution across multi-sector consulting projects in areas such as environment and climate change, education, water and sanitation (WASH), and infrastructure supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from planning and stakeholder coordination to reporting — working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), clients, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Manager, Data Services Consulting is responsible for all data conversion work and the resources assigned to that work. Collaborate and conduct a full and thorough data analysis and provide input to customers and internal teams on best practices for data management and data cleanup
Interpret, validate, and convert data from source system(s) to target system including demographic data, taxation, benefits, payroll balances, additional tables, contacts, dependents, beneficiaries, and optional data including job history, status history, check detail history, platform configurable field data, and complex elements (e.g., system setup tables, employee pictures and documents)
Utilize available data conversion tools, templates, and documentation to promote efficiency and standardization in compliance with UKG's data conversion methodology - Provide input on data conversion methodology and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
At least 8 years consulting experience, preferably in the Human Capital Management Software or similar space
Experience in communicating technical and project information in a business/commercial context

This Associate Manager will lead a function or team of individual Data Services Consultants responsible for delivering the Payroll Check History import to UKG Ready customers, and as well expected to contribute directly to other Payroll implementation activities.
This individual is expected to drive a highly collaborative environment by understanding the business as a whole and providing technical & implementation guidance to meet project deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. This individual will also be responsible for creating and sustaining a culture of highly engaged employees through the facilitation of development, continued learning, clear directions and expectations, and continued process improvement.
Regarding the implementation activities, this person is expected to get trained in implementation activities of Payroll module in UKG Ready product and be able to support with configuration activities and also participate in other project phases to be able to successfully support end-to-end implementation. This would eventually help the individual to effectively manage the team in long term.

Qualifications:
