Job Summary:
The Collection Support Analyst is responsible for migration of specified administrative activities that complements our Commercial HVAC Collection Team in North America to the India Shared Service Center. The successful candidate will become part of Shared Service Center in Bangalore and will interact with internal customers from the collections, accounting and SBU finance teams as well as external customers.
The position will require process expertise related to shared service center operations. This Collection Support Analyst will be part of a team in the areas of:
Invoice Copy Requests
One Time Use Credit Card Processing
Refund Request Processing
Returned Mail / Rejected E-mail Follow-up
The position will require business partnering with our Collection Team and effective communication with management and local operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to prioritize work to achieve desired metric goals set for each task.
Responsible for using available collection software tools to assist in executing effective strategies and initiatives to achieve continuous receivable delinquency improvement that contributes to a lower DSO.
Ensures timely and accurate responses and resolution to customer inquiries, questions, documentation issues, billing errors, payment application errors, disputes, program changes, new sale requests and opportunities.
Follow standard work for each support task that is within scope of this role.
Maintains open communication and good working relationships with Manager and fellow teammates to ensure fulfilment of the Business Unit's goals and objectives.
