Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of learning theories, pedagogical approaches, and assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Moodle).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
