Role and responsibilities

Responsible for overall performance and management of the team assigned

• People management that includes responsibility of performance evaluation, training, discipline, career pathing of all team members

• Proactive communication with client, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time

• Set goals for team members and communicate it to the team

• Ensuring all the key metrices are met including productivity, utilization, quality score, attendance, adherence to timelines

• Management Reporting: - Reports required by management relating to performance, costs, efficiency, utilization are shared with stake holders on time

Desired candidate profile

Any graduate/Postgraduate with 2+ Yrs of experience as people manager or similar role with 4+ years of experience with LPO/Legal Services.

• Candidates with background of Document Review or e-Discovery or Contracts or Data Breach or Compliance are eligible to apply for this role.

    We are hiring a Java Tech Lead to architect, build, and lead delivery of microservice-based applications deployed on AWS. You will lead a small cross-functional development team, collaborate with product.
    What You'll Do.
    + Lead and mentor a development team (planning, code reviews)
    + Architect and implement microservices using Java 17 (Spring/Spring Boot preferred)
    + Own technical design, API design, and system integration patterns
    + Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
    + Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2-based deployments); collaborate with DevOps
    + Ensure robust database design and performance with relational databases
    + Drive test automation, code quality, observability (logging/metrics), and incident response
    + Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and QA
    + Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes
    + Communicate technical trade-offs and roadmap to stakeholders
    What We're Looking For.
    + 5-7 years of professional experience leading development teams (team lead, tech lead, or similar)
    + Strong hands-on Java development experience targeting Java 17
    + Proven experience designing and building microservice architectures
    + Experience deploying and handling applications on AWS EC2
    + Solid knowledge of relational databases (schema design, SQL tuning)
    + Practical experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar)
    + Familiar with containerization (Docker); Openshift/Redhat experience is a plus
    + Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams
    + Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (or equivalent experience)
